Changeling

Ebony Cull, caught mid-shift. Her true face is on the right.

She is changeling npc from my current D&D campaign and is the worst. Her name is a euphemism for the black death, which really shows her priorities.

Since it’s October, I will be putting something up on this blog every day. As I don’t always have the energy to write, you can expect some more art to pop up from time to time.

Caduceus Clay

This is Caduceus from Critical Role. The poor firbolg is having a no-good, very bad day.

I have not been writing for the last few days because I have been deep into digital art. Back to writing tonight, now that I’ve finished this.

Four Hour Painting

Acrylic layer

The finished painting

I forgot how hard it is to get clear lines with fresh oils

Possibly my favourite part

This painting took about four hours to finish. It’s been a long time since I painted, and while I’m happy with certain elements, I definitely need more practice

Sketches

This guy is the living personification of the word “moist”

Don’t worry, it knows what it’s doing. The bad part is that you don’t.

There’s something growing inside me. I don’t think it’s leaving me much room.

Sketches

Drawn on the train or in bed late at night

I was practising drawing hands and got sick of just stopping at the wrist

An exercise in etching

He collects lost shoes. They keep his horns warm.
